- Agreement between the City of Sarasota and the International Union of Police Association, Local #6045, AFL-CIO, for permanent full-time and part-time Police Officers, 1st and 2nd Class and Sergeants, Criminalists and Senior Criminalists (10/01/2019 - 09/30/2022) 

Article 27

- Good faith discussions to commence no later than May 1, 2020 regarding timing and preparations to held a referendum vote no later than January 31, 2021.

- Agreement between the City of Sarasota and the Dairy Conference United States and Canada, Local Union #173, affiliated with International Brotherhood of Teamsters, referred to herein as Teamsters Local #173 (10/1/2019 through 9/30/2022)

Memorandum of Understanding - Florida Retirement System
