The Office of Housing and Community Development administers Federal and State grants on behalf of the City of Sarasota, creating affordable housing and providing community development through parks and infrastructure improvements. Grant funds include the City's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Neighborhood Stabilization Programs II and III, HOME Investment Partnerships Program and State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) funds.
