Phase 2 of a restoration project for the Palm Avenue parking garage will begin this coming Monday, Dec. 8.
Visitors may notice the closure of segments of the garage throughout the duration of the project, estimated to be completed in spring 2026. Ample parking is expected to remain available.
Opened in 2011, the Palm Avenue Garage is the oldest City-owned parking structure. Restoration work includes the repair of concrete columns, beams, and ceilings in addition to the rehabilitation of the garage's walls and parking surfaces.
