Phase 2 of a restoration project for the Palm Avenue parking garage will begin this coming Monday, Dec. 8.
Visitors may notice the closure of segments of the garage throughout the 3-month duration of the project. Ample parking is expected to remain available.
Opened in 2011, the Palm Avenue Garage is the oldest City-owned parking structure. Restoration work includes the repair of concrete columns, beams, and ceilings in addition to the rehabilitation of the garage's walls and parking surfaces.
