Congratulations to Luisa Patton, Manager of Workday Data for Human Resources & Finance, on being named March Employee of the Month!
When Luisa started working at the City six years ago, her insightfulness quickly stood out. She played a key role in the City’s successful Workday implementation, and more recently, quickly adapted to new federal legislation and developed a report that enables Payroll to accurately retrieve important data on W‑2s.
With technical expertise and proactive problem‑solving, she makes an impact through her daily work and her ability to guide complex organizational change.
Luisa’s outstanding contributions were recognized by the City Commission.
