City administrative offices will be closed Monday, Sept. 7, in observance of Labor Day.Regular Monday solid waste pick up will be postponed for residential customers. Monday collection will occur on Tuesday, and Tuesday collection will occur on Wednesday.

Dance was created by renowned Brazilian artist Eduardo Kobra. The mural features a variety of dancers and performers, most notably a ballerina en pointe. Kobra is one of the most recognized muralists today, with works on five continents. In 2017, he set the world record for the largest graffiti mural with a work in São Paulo that spans over 61,800 square feet. Dance is painted in Kobra’s signature style, where grayscale figures stand out against a vivid, colorful background, creating a striking visual contrast.
