City administrative offices will be closed Monday, Sept. 7, in observance of Labor Day.Regular Monday solid waste pick up will be postponed for residential customers. Monday collection will occur on Tuesday, and Tuesday collection will occur on Wednesday.

Extended parking enforcement hours, which were approved by the City Commission on second reading under Ordinance 26-5590 on May 18 and went into effect June 29, remain suspended following the Commission's Aug. 31 parking workshop. The City Commission is expected to revisit future options for the Parking Division after the Nov. 3 General Election.
Temporary enforcement hours:
Increased parking citation fines remain in effect for both time and safety violations. Overtime parking carries a fine of $30, with safety violations carrying fines of $50.
