The public is invited to attend a dedication ceremony celebrating the Public Art mural "Harmony in Motion" at North Water Tower Park, 4700 Rilma Ave. The dedication will take place in the park at 3 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 6.
"Harmony in Motion" was created by local artist Edward James Walsh, a Sarasota-based visual artist and Bayou Oaks resident. The mural is the first Public Art piece in the Bayou Oaks neighborhood.
