Join the City of Sarasota for the public dedication of Harmony in Motion, a new mural created through the City’s Public Art Program at North Water Tower Park and the first public art installation in the Bayou Oaks Neighborhood.
Created by Bayou Oaks resident and Ringling College of Art and Design alumnus Edward James Walsh, the mural reflects the park’s natural setting, recreational character, and the community collaboration behind the project.

The dedication will include remarks from City and community representatives, as well as the artist.
This event is free and open to the public.
