The City of Sarasota Public Art Program invites artists to attend a free, in-person artist workshop in support of the Amaryllis Park Place Mural Project, a public art opportunity located in the historic Newtown neighborhood.
This workshop is designed to help artists develop strong, competitive applications for this Call for Artists, which is being issued primarily as a Request for Qualifications (RFQ). While the workshop will reference the Amaryllis Park Place project specifically, the guidance shared will also be applicable to other public art calls and professional opportunities.

The workshop will take place at the Lois + David Stulberg Gallery, Ringling College Galleries, and lunch will be provided courtesy of Ringling College.
This workshop is open to local and regional artists at all stages of their careers. Attendance is free, and advance registration is recommended.
