Bobby Jones Golf Club hosts 10th Annual ‘Turkey Shoot’ Thanksgiving Day

Sarasota, FL: The 10th Annual ‘Turkey Shoot’ will be held at the City’s historic municipal golf course, Bobby Jones Golf Club, 1000 Circus Blvd, on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 22.
This fun event will begin with an 8:45 a.m. shotgun start on the British Course.
Eighteen holes with a golf cart, including continental breakfast at the Bobby Jones Grill is just $26.17 plus tax. Breakfast will be available to ‘Turkey Shoot’ participants from 6:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.
“We invite golfers to gobble up some fresh air and healthy exercise in the morning before sitting down for Thanksgiving dinner,” said Bobby Jones Golf Club Manager Susan Martin. “Don’t be a turkey -- join the fun!”
The American Course will be open for 18-hole play from 6:45 a.m. until 9 a.m. then 9-hole play until 11 a.m. The Gillespie Executive Course also will be open for 9-hole play from 6:45 a.m. until 11 a.m.
The Golf Shop will close at 11 a.m.
